Return Policy

All products must be used in exact accordance with provided instructions and intended use of the product.  Our Return Policy is 14 days after purchase for any defect or damage not caused by the buyer or if the buyer is dissatisfied. All requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted in writing to contact@kahluaskompany.com within the said 14 days and must include a picture of any alleged defect.  After 14 days, all sales are final.

 

No other warranties, implied or express, is provided except those expressly stated herein and on the packaging.

 

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your items must be returned unused, unwashed and animal hair free in its original packaging exactly in the same condition as received. 

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend using a tracking shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your item.  All shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost (if any) will be deducted from your refund.  Once your return or exchange request is received, verified and accepted, you’ll receive a refund in your original form of payment, which may take 7-10 business days after verification.

 

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of the State of Nevada.  Forum for resolution of all disputes hereunder is exclusively Las Vegas, Nevada.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Kahlua’s Kompany is not liable for lost or stolen packages.  If your package is missing, please fill out the USPS missing package request.

 

Kahlua’s Kompany will notify a customer if their order is returned if “undeliverable”.
